I’m still in.

I’m a little proud of myself. I’m terrible at this kind of thing. I’ve bombed out on Whole30s. Terrible at knit-a-longs and quilting block of the month clubs. I can’t quit Diet Coke to save my life.

But this time… I’m a little shy of the halfway mark and I’m going strong. I feel good. It hasn’t been a complete walk in the park but mostly I find that it has been a case of retooling how I think about food. And, of course, planning. Lots of planning.

Today was a decadent day. The weather was a bit nippy so I decided to treat myself to a rich, cheesy polenta. I followed Cin’s recipe using some really wonderful gruyere and gouda. Deprived? Not by a long shot!
