This is a quick and elegant addition to a holiday charcuterie board or just on its own with some crackers.
- 8 ounces chèvre log
- ½ tsp Urfa biber
- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
- Put Urfa Biber and cocoa nibs in a spice or coffee grinder. Pulse to coarsely chop up spice and nibs.
- Carefully spread out the cocoa-pepper mixture over a piece of plastic wrap or wax paper. Roll chèvre log over mixture until exterior of log is well-coated. You might need to use your fingers to help press in the mix.
- Wrap log in plastic wrap or wax paper, keeping the log shape.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour or until firm. Bring to room temperature before serving and enjoy with crackers or on a charcuterie board.
